NOTE & TERMS Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change of event date, the ticket value will be refunded - Main amount
Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility
The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any participant (including ticket holders), nor for loss or damage of personal belongings arising from or in connection with the event.
The ticket holder is solely responsible for verifying the date, time, location, and age restrictions of the event.
Entry & Arrival
Early arrival is strongly recommended.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
If you arrive at Wadi Rum Village after the scheduled meeting time, a 20 JOD fee will be charged by local transport providers for pickup to the event.
Security & Conduct
All ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry.
Any prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated.
The organizer or security team reserves the right to confiscate any item deemed a safety risk or capable of disrupting the event.
No professional cameras or video recording equipment are permitted at the venue.
Media Consent
By attending the event, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded (audio/video).
These materials may be used in printed and digital media, including social media and online platforms.
Entry Policy
SAND RAVE – ART HOUSE reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any attendee from the event or venue, including but not limited to cases where a person:

Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or offensive manner that may affect others’ enjoyment of the event
Uses threatening, abusive, or insulting language or behavior that may provoke conflict
Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (at the sole discretion of management)
Refuses to comply with security checks or venue rules
Transportation from Amman to wadi rum and back FOR THE ( Early BIRD I & II ONLY )
Only couples and mixed groups are allowed.

Camp Capacity Note
If the camps is fully booked, guests will still be accommodated with their own camping tents and equipment at the same price or reach out to the organizers to sort this out.
Not Included
Wadi Rum entrance fee:
1 JOD for Jordanians
7 JOD for foreigners
25 JOD for vehicles entering the desert
Free with Jordan Pass
Drinks (available for purchase at the event)
All bags will be checked before bus departure or at the camp by our team
